Intake procedures differ from previous years.  In accordance with our contract with the City of Oxford and Lafayette County, we only serve the Oxford/Lafayette County community and WILL REQUIRE proof of residency from individuals surrendering animals.   Oxford/Lafayette County residents must  provide proof such as a Driver's License, utility bill, or rent/lease contract for verification.

Residents outside of the Oxford/Lafayette County should contact rescues/shelters within your community.

We Need Your Help!

We are in need of donations to purchase puppy kennels, office and cleaning supplies, and funding to help provide necessary supplies/fuel for our animals we are sending on transport!  Show your support by volunteering, donating, or sharing with your family and friends!  The homeless animals will forever be grateful!  We have started with  nothing but love in our hearts to help those who cannot help themselves!  Be a part of our team and become their hero!

About Us

How We're Helping

We are a nonprofit organization focused on helping make the world around us a better, happier place. With the help of our dedicated staff, volunteers, we organize fosters, adoptions, and transports for the homeless animals from the Oxford/Lafayette County community.

Our mission is to provide temporary shelter to stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals for the purpose of finding permanent suitable homes, to promote adoptions, to find foster homes, and to organize transports to reputable animal shelters/rescue groups to help reduce excessive euthanasia with the goal of no-kill (90% live release rate) within our community, provide low cost spay/neuter services from participating veterinarians, and the humane treatment of animals within our community.
